Robert’s entrepreneurial journey began in 1986 and evolved into the founding of SPECTRUM Advanced Markets, Inc., a nationally recognized firm known for innovation in business and franchise consulting. Over the years, his work has contributed to the launch and growth of hundreds of franchised brands and broker offices across the country. Following the economic challenges of 2008, Robert deepened his focus on collaborative business models, shared growth, and sustainable operations—principles that continue to shape his leadership philosophy today. His experience spans legal, operational, and strategic disciplines, giving him a rare, full-spectrum understanding of what it takes to scale service-based franchise systems successfully. As Chief Operating Officer of CORTZ and a serial franchisee, Robert plays a hands-on role in operational excellence, system development, and franchisee support. His focus is on building scalable processes, strengthening field execution, and ensuring CORTZ franchise partners have the structure and tools needed to win in their local markets.
